WHAT DOES MUMIA FACE LEGALLY, AFTER THE
NOVEMBER 9, 2010 HEARING BEFORE THE THIRD CIRCUIT

" The only legal options that were considered by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, a federal court immediately below the US Supreme Court, at the November 9 hearing were whether Mumia Abu-Jamal is to be executed or get life in prison without parole. The question of Mumia's guilt or innocence and the opportunity of a new trial was " more

Mr. Abu-Jamal's Lead Attorney, Widener University law professor Judith Ritter, with legal Pads. M.O.V.E. Members, Ms. Pam AFRIkA, Blue Hat and Ms. Ramona AFRIkA, Brown Hat. Professor Johanna Fernandez, author of recent pro-Mumia film "Justice on trial", Brown Scarf/Plaid Coat, in the center of above three photos and the ubiquitous Ms. Susan Ross, White Scarf/Silver Jacket of International Concerned Family and Friends of Mumia Abu-Jama, at the Press Conference, convened immediately after a one hour re-hearing of the Issues concerning Abu-Jamal's Death Penalty sentencing, before the Third Circuit Court Panel of Three Justices, on November the Ninth, Ordered by U.S. Supreme Court.

Assistant D.A., Mr. Huge Burn, asserted Mr. Abu-Jamal's Jury Instructions and Jury Form were, "Almost Identical" to the Spizak Jury's Instructions.

Ms. Ritter, Mumia's Counsel, countered Mr. Abu-Jamal's Jury Instructions and Jury Form were, "Fundamentally Different" from the Spizak Jury's Instructions.

The above and immediately below photos were taken around three forty-five p.m. Only two humans from the various organizations world wide supporting Mr. Abu-Jamal were permitted inside the courthouse during the hearing. I was not one. For information as to what happened inside the courthouse see Mr. Lindorff.

Professor-Columnist-Journalist, Mr. Linn Washington, above center photograph, speaking with a representative from Prison Radio.Org: "Today will not get Mumia a New Trial, but, after these things are resolved, he might be in a position to receive a New Trial. Mr. Abdul-Jamal was not in the courthouse during the hearing. There was a profusion of Men in Black, wearing arm bands emblazoned with large capital armorial english alphabets: F.O.P., clustered through-out the gathering, which reminds me.

" This is why all black nations fail economically and sink into corruption, civil war, and permanent dependence on the white man’s generosity.

" And presumably this is also why you pathetically allowed yourselves to be enslaved: you’re savage enough still to be angry about it long after it ended, but you were too backward to stop it at the time. No black Spartacus, is there, niggers? Why no slave uprisings among blacks? Slaves repeatedly rose against the Romans even they knew they’d be crucified for it, when captured.

" *White* slaves, that is ". More from the Irate Irishman.

I am on the other end holding the banner made by Mr. Flex Quincy Adams, from Virginia Beach, Virginia, pictured in the above center photograph, standing on the elevated thin stone, face brick retaining wall.

Why did I have to need to do number two to end up at the Liberty Bell Center ? The Liberty Bell Center is also located just off of Sixth Street, on Market street, an intergal part of the surrounding area known as Independence National Historical Park.

Chapter One: The Politics of Destruction

The party of No takes control of the U.S. House of Representatives, increases its membership in the Senate, picks up Ten State Governorships and the Senate's Mitch McConnell — Medical Discharge after two months ( July and August 1967 ) in the U.S. Army Reserve — Number One Priority is to defeat the U.S. President, Mr. Barack Obama. What about the Economy Stupid, i.e. Jobs, so people can pay their Daily Living Expenses, a reminder: Mortgage/Rent-Utilities — Food/Clothing — Transportation to and fro. Shouldn't these have a higher priority than defeating the U.S. President, Mr. Barack Obama ? Mr. McConnell, who, possibly has not experienced the lack of heat/hot water/shelter/employment in quite some time, if ever, with his Civility Level would be an excellent choice for Director of Kentucky State Lottery. Lottery Director ??? Un-huh, while Probably not quite as productive as Political Fundraising, State Lotteries from Sea to Shinning Sea, Showcase the principle of — You give us your MoneySomething — We give you a Momentary DreamNothing. Yes, an Excellent Choice! Ancillary Bennies...Maybe — A More Productive U.S. Congress — Pos-sib'-ly

So, the Party of No is rewarded with Something, more control For Doing Nothing. Why ?

AP writes: "Republicans in the ( U.S. ) House ( of Representatives ) Thursday ( 11-18-2010 ) blocked a bill that would have extended jobless benefits for the long-term unemployed beyond the holiday season. An extension of jobless benefits enacted this summer expires Dec. 1, and unless they are renewed, two million people will lose benefits averaging $310 a week nationwide by the end of December. The failed measure would have extended jobless benefits through the end of February at a cost of adding $12.5 billion to the nation's debt. Republicans opposing the legislation said the measure should be paid for by cutting unspent money from last year's economic stimulus bill. The White House criticized Congress for voting to cut off unemployment benefits with the holiday break approaching."

"I don't think we want to leave here having fought for tax cuts for millionaires and against unemployment insurance for those that have lost their jobs," spokesman Robert Gibbs said.

"Republicans in Congress are eager to spend lavishly on tax breaks for the fortunate few, but stingy when it comes to helping the middle class make ends meet," said Rep. Ed Markey, D-Mass.
