Assistant D.A., Mr. Huge Burn, asserted Mr. Abu-Jamal's Jury Instructions and Jury Form were, "Almost Identical" to the Spizak Jury's Instructions.
Ms. Ritter, Mumia's Counsel, countered Mr. Abu-Jamal's Jury Instructions and Jury Form were, "Fundamentally Different" from the Spizak Jury's Instructions.
The above and immediately below photos were taken around three forty-five p.m. Only two humans from the various organizations world wide supporting Mr. Abu-Jamal were permitted inside the courthouse during the hearing.
